Dr. Hellhake-Hall has been a family nurse practitioner for 25 years. This includes the following clinical settings: Cardiology, Urgent Care, Nephrology, Family Practice, and Retail Health.

Her experience also includes teaching in family nurse practitioner (FNP) programs for the last six years. During this time, she has developed curriculum, taught both didactic and clinical courses. This includes: Adult, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Geriatrics, Health Assessment, and Pharmacology.

Dr. Hellhake-Hall's role at Walden includes clinical faculty for FNP students.

She mentors new nurse practitioners and precepts FNP students.
