The middle child of 5, I was the first of my siblings to graduate from college. I earned a BS in Chemistry and after gaining acceptance to medical school, entered seminary instead. There I earned a Masters of Divinity. A Presbyterian minister for 40 years, I have been called to serve in churches that are in great disarray with the hope of getting them on their feet. While leading these churches and raising 6 children with my beautiful wife who is a RN, I have been an avid reader and lover of knowledge from a wide variety of fields. My travels have taken me to South Asia, Europe, Africa, Central America and to the Bahamas for 5 years of service to a church there. I have a Ph D in Communication. My specialty areas are Rhetoric and Organizational Communication & Crisis Management.
I have published a number of articles in magazines and humorous pieces for newspapers as well as published and presented scholarly papers at local and national conferences and published scholarly works. I have consulted for Major league Baseball teams, small businesses and community organizations.
