Esther Rodríguez-Miranda
I have worked in the academic field for over a decade. My BA is from Boston College, and I have a master’s from Columbia University. I studied in the US, France, and Puerto Rico, where I obtained my Ph.D. I have taught literature, philosophy, and humanities courses. My academic research revolves around the insular Caribbean's history, culture, and people. I am a published author, one of my latest publications being: Exégesis del tambor: Apuntes para una poética caribeña, Peter Lang, 2020. I have volunteered in Haiti as a translator. Currently, I work for Medicines for Humanity, an incredible NGO.
I have been with Walden University since 2022.
