Elizabeth Adamson

Dr. Adamson has the ability to inspire, influence and motivate nursing staff and other health care workers to work together to achieve their highest potential and collective organizational goals.

She believes in prioritizing Nurses first and believes we have the responsibility to reward, recognize, and celebrate the contributions of individuals and teams. Her philosophy is that colleagues will perform at their best depending on the tools and support they have. As leaders, they have to assure the teams of nursing are well cared for and have the tools they need to learn, grow and thrive.
