Doctor Moore received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in 2008 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2010. She received licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2013 and her certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor in 2015. She received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University in 2023. She has served as an executive board member of the Virginia Association for Counselor Education and Supervision and the Chair of the Mentoring Committee with Chi Sigma Iota-Omega Zeta. Professor Moore’s professional experience includes working with diverse populations as well as victims of intimate partner violence, substance abuse, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She is currently a contributing faculty member at Walden University.
