Professor Moore received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in 2008 and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, also from Old Dominion University in 2010. She received licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2013 and received her certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor in 2015. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Counselor Educator and Supervision at Walden University. She is an executive board member of the Virginia Association for Counselor Education and Supervision and the Chair for the Mentoring Committee with Chi Sigma Iota-Omega Zeta. Professor Moore’s professional experience includes work with diverse populations as well as victims of intimate partner violence, substance abuse, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She is currently a contributing faculty member at Walden University.
