Doris Hill
Dr. Doris M. Hill is a Contributing Faculty for Walden University since 2010. She is a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and received a HLC Peer Corps Hero award in 2018 for her work with a critical substantive change visit. Dr. Hill graduated with a PhD from the University of Minnesota and went forward to complete a two year Post Doctorate in the School of Medicine with the University of Minnesota – Duluth. She earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science from Augsburg College and an Associate of Science degree from Normandale Community College. Dr. Hill has over twenty years of academic teaching, leadership, and administrative roles at the community college level within the Minnesota State system. Dr. Hill believes it’s the connections between students, faculty, the college and community that supports student learning, student success and academic achievement which then benefits community revitalization and renewal.
