Donna DiMatteo-Gibson received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in June 1999. She obtained a Masters of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in 1997 and a Masters of Science degree in Psychology in 1996 from the California School of Professional Psychology. She also obtained a Certificate in Distance Education in 2003 from Indiana University Online and a Certificate in Instructional Design/e-Learning from the American Society of Training and Development.

Dr. DiMatteo-Gibson began as an adjunct faculty member at Walden in the School of Psychology since 2005. She teaches or has taught Organizational Behavior and Foundations of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Walden University. She has also taught research methods, statistics, motivation, testing and assessment, career planning, organizational development and leadership at other universities. Professionally, Dr. DiMatteo-Gibson is the Managing Director of Consulting Services of the Lycurgus Group, Inc. Her work focuses on organizational effectiveness and development as well as e-learning. She has conducted presentations in the area of organizational psychology.
