Diana Sutton is a contributing faculty member for the DNP program of the College of Nursing at Walden University. Diana Sutton received her undergraduate nursing degree from Florida State University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, and her doctorate in nursing practice from East Carolina University. Her DNP Project was on the Impact of Quiet Time on Patient Experience in Women’s Services. She has over six years of experience teaching as adjunct faculty for Broward College. Diana has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, 20 of those in a leadership capacity. She is a healthcare executive in leadership and healthcare management and oversees nursing operations for a children’s hospital.
