I believe in actively and enthusiastically applying my personal vision of "helping others learn and change" to my online teaching, as well as, my leadership and organizational development consulting practice. My style is to build support through clarity, consensus and personal commitment toward action. As an online adult learning professional, facilitating learners toward practitioner scholar excellence at all levels brings me both personal and professional satisfaction. With active online teaching spanning thirteen years, I have experienced and support the benefits of this academic platform as I implement a student-centered approach. My experience with teaching adult learners spans over thirty years. Concurrent with teaching, my equally relevant leadership and management development, human resources management and organization development consulting experience amplifies my ability to assist clients and students to achieve success.
