Crystal Blair

Dr. Crystal E. Blair is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Blair received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2018, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2015 and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013 from the University of Florida. She completed a Post Masters Certificate with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Nursing Practice in 2016 from Florida International University.

A majority of Dr. Blair’s professional nursing career has been within Mental Health and Behavioral inpatient nursing arenas. She also provides comprehensive advanced nursing care, as a nurse practitioner, to patients with psychiatric/ mental health needs within her community. She serves as a subject matter expert in psychiatric nursing. She has been an online adjunct instructor since 2019 and currently serves as a Contributing Faculty member at Walden University, since 2021, teaching Psychiatric Mental Health graduate nursing students.

Dr. Blair is professionally affiliated with Sigma Theta Tau, American Psychiatric Nurses Association and American Nurses Association. She holds a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse license in multiple states.
