Dr. Lee has recently joined as a contributing faculty member of the College of Social and behavioral sciences. She earned her Ph.D in Education from the Ohio State University. She taught Research methods, Deaf Education, American Sign Language (ASL), Bilingual Education, Deaf Culture and History, Cognition and Learning, etc when he served as an assistant professor at a university.
At Walden University, she teaches ASL to undergraduate students. She serves on doctoral student dissertation committees.
Dr. Lee’s currently research interests focus primarily on math learning of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students as well as second language learning and motivation in college students. She has presented her research studies at top-tier conferences including American Educational Research Associations, Association of College Educators-Deaf and Hard of Hearing, National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Dr. Lee has published several scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic Journals.
