Dr. Pearce has been on faculty at Walden since 2008. She serves as the academic program coordinator for these Ed.D. Semester Based Programs: Higher Education and Adult Learning; College Teaching and Learning; and, Adult Education, Administrator Leadership, Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment; Early Childhood; Reading & Literacy Leadership. In addition, Dr. Pearce supports the Ed.D. Special Education semester based and quarter based programs. She is a Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador and teaches new faculty training classes. Dr. Pearce has over 30 years of experience as an adult educator.
