• Ten years’ experience supervising faculty, staff, managing department budgets; participant in formative and summative evaluation of faculty • Skilled at curricular alignment and integration of Federal, State and Local academic standards and best practices for successful academic outcomes for students • Experience designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs at the high school and collegiate levels • Experience conducting faculty and staff development workshops on a range of curricular, personnel and operational issues • Strong educational and training background combined with State of Illinois Certification in English, Reading, Learning Disabilities and General School Administration • Extensive college teaching experience as full-time and adjunct faculty, including traditional and distance learning formats • Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively
