Carol Barclay received her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Walden University in January 2020. A Master of Science was awarded in Nursing Education and Healthcare Administration from Phoenix University in 2004. In 1998 she received her associate's and bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marion University. Ms. Barclay has over 35 years of nursing practice experience, including staff nurse in a variety of medical settings, including mental health, rehabilitation, administration, Long Term Care Centers, veteran’s health care, didactic, and clinical education. Previously taught Pharmacology, Capstone Nursing with BSN students, Nursing Research, Management, Health care Administration, and Mental Health Nursing.

Awards:
Nurse of the Year Indianapolis, Indiana 2000.

Volunteer in 2017 with Habitat for Humanity in Mexico.
