Dr. Betty Joubert's formal training is in healthcare administration where she has served as Contributing Faculty supporting the Nursing Department with over 35+ year career. Dr. Joubert served as a program director with all levels of education promoting healthcare administration, leadership, management, organizational development, and mental health. She has written various articles, developed course materials, and facilitated faculty development. Her Doctorate in Health Administration and Masters Science in Nursing is from the University of Phoenix respectively. Her Bachelor’s degree is from Langston University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She presently lives in Edmond, Oklahoma and has three adult children and five grandchildren,
