Barbara Benoliel is the Academic Coordinator in the Human Services Ph.D. Program. She holds a Ph.D. from Walden University in Human Services, specializing in Criminal Justice. She also holds a M.B. Sciences from the University of Tel Aviv and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a certified Mediator, and practices in both civil and criminal dispute resolution. She has been on faculty at Walden University since 2007. Her primary areas of research are in disputes related to Human Rights and interfaces with justice systems. She is a licensed private investigator, a certified EEOC mediator and serves on the Board of ADR Institute of Ontario. She has published articles on judicial sentencing procedures and workplace harassment. She is currently a member of NOHS, NLADA, and ADRIC.
