Barbara Benoliel

Barbara Benoliel is a Senior Core Faculty member in the Walden School of Human Services, Doctoral Programs. She holds a Ph.D. from Walden University in Human Services, specializing in Criminal Justice. She also holds a M.B. Sciences from the University of Tel Aviv and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a certified Mediator, and practices in both civil and criminal dispute resolution. She has been on faculty at Walden University since 2007. Her primary areas of research are in disputes related to Human Rights and interfaces with justice systems. She is a licensed private investigator, a certified EEOC mediator and served on the Board of ADR Institute of Ontario. She has published articles on judicial sentencing procedures and workplace harassment, as well as on police use of force. She is currently a member of NOHS, NLADA, and ADRIC.
