Barbara Benoliel is a Senior Core Faculty member and has been on faculty at Walden University since 2007. She holds a PhD in Human Services from Walden University, specializing in Criminal Justice. She also holds a MB Sciences from the University of Tel Aviv and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
As a certified Mediator, Benoliel practices in both civil and criminal dispute resolution. Her primary areas of research include disputes related to Human Rights and interfaces with justice systems. Additionally, Benoliel is a licensed private investigator, a certified EEOC mediator, and has served on the Board of ADR Institute of Ontario.
Benoliel has published articles on judicial sentencing procedures and workplace harassment, as well as on police use of force. She is currently a member of NOHS, NLADA, and ADRIC.
