Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Dr. Andrea Jennings specializes in public health, community health nursing, and gerontology. She received a BSN from Youngstown State University, a MED Degree from Cleveland State University, an MSN from Carlow College, and a Doctorate Degree of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed a post-doctoral gerontology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She has taught in undergraduate and graduate traditional and online nursing programs. Community health nursing, nursing research, population health, evidence-based practice, nursing leadership, health policy, nursing theory, nursing practicum courses are among the many courses that she has taught. Dr.Jennings has chaired numerous DNP projects.
