Alicia Moore

Dr. Alicia C. Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Nevada. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Passionate Path Counseling, PLLC, where she provides therapy and oversees clinical operations. Dr. Moore has been a valued faculty member at Walden University since 2021, initially as contributing faculty and currently as Core Faculty in the Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She also serves as co-coordinator for the Mental Health Ministry at her local congregation, supporting community wellness and mental health awareness.

Dr. Moore brings extensive experience working with incarcerated individuals, sex offenders, at-risk youth, clients with substance use concerns, and couples and families. She previously worked as a program therapist with an online behavioral health platform, guiding clients through structured programs designed to develop skills for managing mental health and life challenges. Known for her empathetic and strengths-based approach, Dr. Moore is dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and healing in diverse populations, integrating her clinical expertise with a commitment to mentoring the next generation of counselors.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Delta State University, an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health from Mississippi State University, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University.
