The minimum number of total quarter credits is 181 for Walden’s BS in Criminal Justice program. Students may be eligible to transfer up to 135 credits. At least 45 credits must be completed at Walden.
It depends. The length of time required to complete a BS in Criminal Justice program varies widely depending on many factors, including your previous educational experience and the learning format you choose.
All five BS in Criminal Justice concentrations are offered in the course-based format, in which students follow a structured schedule with regular deadlines to make steady progress. The Crime and Criminal Investigation concentration is also offered in the competency-based format, in which students progress at their pace and on their schedule.

Walden offers five BS in Criminal Justice concentrations, including two Accelerate Into Master’s (AIM) options in which students can complete graduate-level coursework as undergraduates.
