Global Leadership

With a specialization in Global Leadership, you can gain skills and knowledge that are essential to operating effectively in regions seeking to develop and modernize. Learn about the roles of strategic planning, management, and leadership in public and nonprofit entities and methods to facilitate timely and effective decision making in uncertain circumstances.
