I am an RN without a BSN.” Choose this track if you are an RN entering the MSN program with a hospital diploma or an associate degree in nursing.

I am an RN who wants an accelerated BSN-MSN path.” Choose this option in the RN-BSN program, which allows you to take MSN courses as an undergraduate. These credits will be applied toward to your Walden MSN program once you complete your BSN.

Dr. Kuric has more than 35 years of experience in nursing and advanced practice nursing and over 25 years of experience in nursing education. She is board certified as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, family nurse practitioner, and emergency nurse practitioner.

Stefanie GaticaStefanie Gatica, Practicum Coordinator
Dr. Stefanie Gatica is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She has held several positions as a clinician and educator. She has served on numerous committees at Walden including Student Affairs and Clinical Advisory. She is currently a coordinator for the FNP program.

Jennifer StoneJennifer Stone, Practicum Coordinator
Dr. Stone is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 16 years of experience in clinical practice. She has presented at numerous conferences, including the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty and South Florida Council of Advanced Practice Nurses.

Phyllis D. MorganPhyllis D. Morgan, Program Coordinator
Dr. Morgan has been a certified family nurse practitioner for several years. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a member of several professional and community organizations. Her areas of research focus on African American men’s and women’s health issues.

The Family Nurse Practitioner specialization is a specialized program offered to a limited number of new students each quarter. Enrollment in the FNP specialization is limited to allow for more personalized attention and support throughout the program and practicum.
