Walden University accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express


Monthly Payment Plans

If you do NOT have a past due balance and would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the Walden University Payment Plan Administrator at 877-302-5504.

Third-Party Assistance

You may have a third party—i.e., a civic organization, religious group, or your employer—pay for your tuition by submitting a voucher, purchase order, or letter of credit.

Make sure you include your name, identification, term and course(s) being sponsored, the amount the sponsor wishes to pay, and the sponsor’s billing address and contact person.


Walden University also accepts ACH (bank transfer), checks, money orders, and wire payment.

Your Billing Statement and Refund Policies


As a Walden student, you will receive your billing statements electronically. When your bill is ready, you will receive an email to your Walden email account. You can then access your bill through your student portal and immediately pay your balance online.

Paper Statements

If you would prefer a paper copy of your billing statement, you may request one through the Office of the Bursar or you may print a hard copy for your records directly from your student portal.
