My clinical experience spans many years as a registered nurse working in pediatric open heart, ICU, and ED settings. In addition, I have spent the past 37 years teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. My educational journey began with my BSN, then a Masters in Maternal-Child Health and finally my EdD in Counseling Psychology. I successfully completed my certification as a Nurse Educator.
I have a long history of scholarship including several textbooks, presentations at the state, national and international levels.
