Dr Battle, a dedicated clinician and educator with over 15-years of experience in the field of psychology, enjoys collaborating, training and mentoring students: future clinicians/researchers/and contributors within the field.

As a Contributing Faculty member with Walden University, Dr. Battle is committed to helping students gain a deeper, impactful and practical understanding of psychology; through mentorship, she endeavors to help students explore their research interests and add to the body of literature. Her research interests include trauma experiences among children and adolescents, impact of early childhood trauma, and as well as delivering effectual trauma-informed care within the therapeutic setting.

Dr Battle utilizes multiple communication platforms within the private sector and through varied partnerships on local and state levels to advance awareness and treatment for mental illness among youth and other vulnerable populations.
