Dr. Browning has a trauma focused private mental health counseling practice that incorporates many different holistic modalities to treat trauma. She offers mental health counseling as well as yoga, fitness, energy work, nutritional counseling, Reiki, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, color therapy and sound work. Her practice works to connect all areas of healing and behavioral health with members of the community. She has partnered with local doctors, treatment facilities, community organizations, children's summer camps and women’s shelters as a consultant in areas of trauma, vicarious trauma, and community crisis. She has recently started a yoga school where she is training other practitioners in health care fields in trauma sensitive yoga and basic techniques of breath work, grounding and centering that they can use in their practice. Bridging the gap between health care and behavioral health care from a whole person perspective. In additional to this, Dr. Browning supervises mental health counseling and marriage and family supervisees in the licensure process. Dr. Browning has taught online and on ground in the areas of counseling and psychology for 4 years. At Walden university, Dr. Browning teaches in the Behavioral Health Leadership Psy.D program.
