Dr. Case serves as the academic program director for the masters and doctoral degree programs in the School of Information Systems & Technology. He has over thirty-five years of engineering, management, executive management, and teaching experience. His professional experience includes research and project development in wireless communication, real-time processing, embedded systems, computer and network security, image processing, graphic processing, distributed processing, parallel processing, information engineering, system engineering, and software engineering methodologies. He has led projects ranging from three to thirty-seven engineers. His management experience includes management of software and hardware development projects, corporate initiatives, and academic departments in higher education.
