Reba Glidewell
Dr. Glidewell is a psychologist and is currently licensed in Kansas. Dr. Glidewell joined Walden University in 2004 and has taught many courses in psychology, mentored dissertation students, and served as faculty for practicum courses in the PMHP program. She has worked at state hospitals doing both clinical and administrative work and is now working at a VA hospital. While at the state hospitals, she did a combination of civil and criminal forensic work that involved assessment, court testimony, and treatment. She served as chief psychologists at two state hospitals and as clinical director at one. In addition, she has done a large amount of clinical supervision for post-doctoral residents, pre-doctoral interns, practicum students, and masters level practitioners. She has changed roles within the VA several times to include PTSD specialist, compensation and pension examiner (back to forensics :), the Veterans Justice Outreach Coordinator, interim Assistant Chief of Mental Health Service, Acting Chief of Mental Health Service, Assistant Chief, Mental Health Service, and Interim Chief of the PTSD program. She currently serves as the Associate Chief of Staff, Mental Health Service.
