Dr. Cox is co-editor and co-author of the book Research Design and Methods: An Applied Guide for the Scholar-Practitioner published in 2020 by SAGE.
She is a recipient of the Walden University Bernard L. Turner Award and the Presidential Research Fellowship in Distance Education.
Her background and interests intersect social psychology and health, with a focus on the application of social psychology principles, theories, and methods to understanding environmental and social issues in the context of health, aging, and end-of-life care.
