Dr. Evans has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent. He has worked in the United States for over 40 years and also internationally. Dr. Evans has worked in facility design and built several school facilities both domestically and internationally. His major work accomplishments have been stabilizing schools which were dysfunctional and moving those schools forward.
