Gary Burkholder

Dr. Burkholder, Ph.D. is staff with the Office of Research and Doctoral Services and a senior contributing faculty in the School of Psychology and contributing faculty in the public health program. He received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Psychology there, and a B.S. in Engineering at the University of Washington. Dr. Burkholder’s areas of expertise are quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research designs and analyses across several disciplines; he has over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference presentations.
