Dr. Hanson has spent more than 20 years in educational and clinical management positions. She was an early pioneer in alternative education and training for young adults, designing curricula and teaching methodologies to accommodate student personality type, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and locus of control. Dr. Hanson has published a chapter in the textbook Phenomenological Inquiry in Psychology. A member of Walden’s DBA faculty since 2011, she teaches doctoral study courses.
