Dr. Steve St. Onge is a graduate of the Albany College of Pharmacy and is currently pursuing a MBA in Healthcare Management from Endicott College. He is board certified in pharmacotherapy from the American College of Clinical Pharmacology. After completing his PharmD training and post-graduate training Dr. St. Onge held various positions in clinical pharmacy practice within the Intensive Care Unit at major academic medical centers in New York and Florida, focusing on the clinical education of both medical and pharmacy residents, while being a contributing member of the ICU multidisciplinary team. Dr. St. Onge moved from full-time clinical practice into the Pharmaceutical industry in 2015. He now serves at the Director of Medical Science for a small biotech company, focusing on the clinical development of Antibiotics for the treatment of life-threatening infections. Despite a new focus on drug development, Dr. St. Onge still remains active in clinical practice a few days per month and also holds a faculty appointment at Adventist Health University, teaching advanced pharmacology within the Doctorate Nurse Anesthetist program. Dr. St. Onge has given dozens of continuing education presentations to healthcare providers of all disciplines on a local and regional level throughout his professional career.
