I am an educator with extensive knowledge in a number of areas in education: instructional design and development, English Language Teaching, program evaluation and research. I worked with educational institutions at different levels: K-12, college, university, both in physical and online classrooms. I received my doctoral degree from Syracuse University, this degree is based on a number of other degrees: a diploma in Romano-Germanic Philology, an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and MA in Instructional Systems Development and an MS in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation. I worked on research and evaluation projects overseas (in Armenia) and in U.S. Throughout my experience as an educator, I engaged into instructional design from micro level (design of test items) to macro level (design of summer schools), and contacted managed small and large scale research and evaluation projects.
