Dr. Williamson has more than 30-years of service in senior-level leadership positions in a fortune 100 corporation within the financial industry. The focus of his work involved the development of leadership teams within organizations to facilitate innovation, accountability, and performance consistent with strategic objectives. He has led the production of actionable best practice profiles, tools, and automation of processes that successfully enabled financial, operational, sales, and marketing performance solutions and objectives. He has assumed change leadership roles that involved organization-wide rollouts of technology-supported projects; analyzing workplace performance problems and implementing solutions; facilitating business process training, education and development. Dr. Williamson joined Walden University in 2011 and teaches courses in leadership. He is the author of the book Factors Affecting the Success of Small Businesses in the Start-up Phase. He continues to consult with small business owners in areas of business start-up, development, and designing processes to affect solutions.
