Dr. Mohamed Badra is a practicing Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with supervisory endorsement (LPCC-S) in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Badra earned his master’s degree, in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and his doctorate, in Counselor Education and Supervision, from The University of Toledo’s CACREP accredited Counselor Education program. His research interests include multicultural counseling, counselor professional identity, and resiliency factors in trauma. Dr. Badra had served as an instructor, from 2011 until 2017, teaching a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses, at The University of Toledo’s Counselor Education program. Currently, he is a practicing clinician, an editorial review board member for the Journal of Counselor Practice, and a contributing faculty member at Walden University’s Clinical Mental Health Program.
