Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership
My name is Michael Vinella and I received a Ph.D. in K-12 Educational Leadership from Walden University, M.Ed in Administration and Supervision from Kean University, and BA Economics from Rutgers University. I have conducted extensive research on the implementation of professional learning communities and curriculum/assessment development. I have worked internationally and domestically in the private sector before moving into education. While in the field of education, I have served as a classroom teacher, building administrator, and central office administrator. I reside in New Jersey with my wife and three children. In my free time I enjoy golfing, working out, and spending days on the lake with the family.
