Melissa Komlosi, MSN, RN, CPNP is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care through PNCB since April 2009. She received her MSN at Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in January 2009. She also received her Certificate of Professional Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in December 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baldwin Wallace College in May 2004. She currently serves as a pediatric nurse practitioner in hematology and oncology at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital since October 2010.
Melissa has been Contributing Clinical Faculty for Walden University in pediatrics since 2016 and Clinical Faculty for MSN students at Case Western Reserve University since May 2011. She is a clinical preceptor for FNP/PNP students at The University of Cincinnati, The University of Akron, and Ursuline College.
Professionally, she has worked as a nurse assistant, a registered nurse, a division supervisor, and a pediatric nurse practitioner.
Melissa has a number of research projects in the field of pediatric oncology and is involved in many committees focusing on process improvement and improving patient care.
