Madelyn Blair is a speaker, author, and resilience advisor. Her specialty is unlocking resilience for individuals working in challenging environments, ready for a change and for teams needing to meet today's complex challenges with greater ease - through narrative, resilience practices, and knowledge. Her background includes leading work in story for the last 20 years, life-long learning for forever, and knowledge management for 40 years. Among her positions, she was the Division Chief of the Customer Service Center at the World Bank. Dr. Blair is faculty at Columbia University, Associate of Taos Institute, blogger on Psychology Today, author of Riding the Current and Essays in Two Voices, and she has contributed to four other books.
