Currently, Dr. Forsythe is the president of a strategic healthcare consulting firm. She has 25 years of healthcare leadership and administrative experience. In addition, Dr. Forsythe has worked in academia for 12 years. Her professional and academic skills center in leadership, management, strategic planning, information system use, organizational systems and interprofessional communication, and in academics for accreditation, online teaching, qualitative research, doctoral project and research development and curriculum and course design and development. Dr. Forsythe has PhD and MA in organizational systems from Fielding University, an MSN in nursing administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Speech from Marquette University. She is a licensed registered nurse and has held her CNOR certification for 23 years.
