Dr. Janet Durgin has 16 years of management experience in Business and Information Systems and Technology. Janet worked as an IT Manager for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics managing large IT development projects for fighter, transport, and surveillance aircraft programs. She has over 11 years of teaching experience in doctoral, masters and undergraduate courses teaching in the areas of IT, Business, Management, IT Security and Project Management. She is a published writer in cybercultural studies with the Academy of Business and Economics and the Review of Business Research. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida, M.S. degrees in Information Systems Management and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and a Ph.D in Organizational Management: IT Specialty, from Capella University. She is a member of AFEI, American Society for Composers and Publishers (ASCAP), Society for Technical Communications, and International Academy of Business and Economics.
