Dr. Douglas G. Campbell is a core faculty member of the DBA program. He has been with Walden University since 2009. His 28 years of teaching experience includes a variety of undergraduate, graduate and doctoral business and management courses in traditional, non-traditional and evening settings, as well as online. Dr. Campbell is an experienced business and non-profit consultant, primarily in the areas of survey research, feasibility analysis, organizational behavior and marketing strategies. He maintains an active research and publishing regimen and enjoys the role of a "controversialist” which is defined as someone whose writings, presentations and research are designed to challenge the established paradigms to arouse thoughtful controversy and facilitates positive change. Dr. Campbell’s current research interests include organizational behavior, human motivation, job satisfaction, strategic human capital development, ethics, the underground economy, racism and xenophobia in academia, business development in emigrant communities and ethical leadership.
