Dr. Derek Rohde was selected by Walden to teach in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program. He has been teaching for the last 10 years and mentoring dissertation students for the past 5 years. In addition to working in academia, he is also employed with one of the nation’s largest industrial wholesale distributors, focusing on leadership development, professional training, eLearning, as well as performance and learning management.
Dr. Rohde graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul Minnesota with a B.A. in Psychology minoring in Sociology. He attended graduate school in San Diego at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), receiving a M.S. and Ph.D. in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2006 and 2010 respectively.
