Dr. Denise Chase is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing integrated primary care and psychiatric mental health care. in addition, she practices in addiction medicine using medication assisted treatment with Suboxone.
At Walden University she teaches as a clinical faculty in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program in the School of Nursing.
Dr. Chase brings expertise in many aspects including the diagnosis and treatment of depression and bipolar disorder, measurement based care, management and administration of primary care practice, and primary and psychiatric care of individuals. In addition, Dr. Chase has worked extensively with integrated primary care and psychiatric mental health care.
Dr. Chase’s research interests focus on measurement based care, and integrated primary care and psychiatric mental health care.
Dr. Chase is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international Honor Society for Nursing.
