Cheryl Bullock

Dr. Bullock has taught in both K-12 and higher education for over twenty-five years. She held leadership positions in Higher Education (Head, Measurement and Evaluation; Head, Educational Research, and Senior Policy Analyst) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her teaching experience includes face-to-face, hybrid, and online learning environments (both K-12 and Higher Education).

Her Ph.D. is in the field of Educational Psychology, with expertise is measurement, evaluation, and research methods. She has published two book chapters, nineteen peer-reviewed articles, and numerous popular press articles. She is an evaluator-consultant for the Higher Learning Commission.
