Dr. Radu is a licensed clinical social worker and administrator with practice specialties in trauma-informed care, collaborative leadership, and the self-care needs of professionals. She is recognized for her innovative small group-focused training experiences which incorporates mindfulness, self-care, critical thinking, and problem based learning around the topics of ethics, leadership, diversity, organizational development, and aging communities. She has provided clinical supervision for social work professionals seeking licensure for the past 12 years and was a member of the statewide steering committee that developed the social work licensure standards for the state of Tennessee.
