Dr. Traci Miller-Earl, Ed.D., LCSW-BACS, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, psychotherapist, educator, and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Mental Health, and Human Services. Licensed in Louisiana, she brings over 15 years of experience supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and women’s mental health. Her clinical approach empowers clients to realign with their purpose and thrive across all areas of life.

At Walden University, Dr. Miller-Earl serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Master of Social Work program. She joined Walden in September 2025 and enjoys teaching graduate-level courses, mentoring students, and supporting them in developing clinical competence and a professional identity.

In addition to her role at Walden, Dr. Miller-Earl is the founder and clinical director of Changing Directions Counseling & Consulting, LLC, where she provides psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and consulting services. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive, equity-driven approaches to mental health and education, and she is deeply committed to preparing the next generation of social workers to excel in diverse practice settings.
