Dr. Traci Dingle is a criminal justice educator and leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education and public service. She holds a Doctorate in Public Service Leadership with a concentration in Criminal Justice, a Juris Doctorate, and a Master of Science in Administration with an emphasis in International Business.
Dr. Dingle teaches courses in criminal justice, law, and ethics, focusing on developing critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and real-world application of course concepts. At Walden University, she serves as a faculty member committed to student-centered learning and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
Her areas of research and subject matter expertise include criminal law and procedure, ethics in criminal justice, victimology, regulatory compliance, and leadership in higher education. She is particularly interested in trauma-informed approaches, justice system reform, and strategies that support equity and student success.
Dr. Dingle has held leadership roles in higher education, including serving as department chair and program director, during which she contributed to curriculum development, faculty support, and student success initiatives. Her work emphasizes innovative teaching practices and experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for careers in criminal justice.
