Dr. Sadik holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, an Ed.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, a M.A. in Higher Education Administration and a M.Ed. in Testing and Measurement. Her professional interests are in the areas of multicultural counseling, psychodiagnostic assessment, human growth and development, and marriage and family therapy.
Her professional experience includes a wide array of experiences and professions. She has spent the last twenty five years working in areas that include federal and state government; education, at both the K-12 and college levels; law enforcement, public safety, and substance abuse. Her skills include program development and management, administration, research, evaluation, technical writing, and public relations and communications.
