Stephanie Stanton

Dr. Stanton has been teaching at Walden University since 2013 and brings over 15 years of experience in higher education following completion of her PharmD at the University of Georgia. Her professional background includes practice as an independent pharmacist, retail chain pharmacist, and addiction clinic pharmacist. Over the course of her career, she has taught more than 400 pharmacy technicians, 600 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students, and 2,500 Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) students. In 2025, she expanded her role by serving as lead faculty for Advanced Pharmacology (NURS 6521), where she contributes to course development, faculty mentoring, and teaching.
