Dr. Stephanie Hajtun, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over 15 years of experience across higher education, clinical practice, and organizational leadership. Her teaching and field expertise focus on behavior change procedures, assessment, supervision, and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
At Walden University, Dr. Hajtun serves as faculty, supporting graduate students through instruction and mentorship while emphasizing ethical, evidence-based practice in ABA.
Her research interests include leadership, OBM, ethics, quality assurance, and clinical training. Professionally, she has held director and consultant roles, leading program development, staff training, and compliance initiatives across school and clinical settings. She is an active member of ABAI and APBA.
Dr. Hajtun’s key accomplishments include developing graduate-level coursework, presenting at national conferences, contributing to research on motivation in ABA, and leading organizational initiatives that promote ethical practice and professional growth.
